Education

Alejandro Martínez Calvo received his Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering at Universidad Carlos III (UC3M) in 2015. During his last year he collaborated as an undergraduate in the Fluid Mechanics Group (GMF) under the supervision of Alejandro Sevilla. In 2016 he received a scholarship at the Applied Mathematics Department (M&NS UC3M) to complete his Master's degree in Industrial Mathematics. Since February 2017 Alejandro is a PhD student under the supervision of Alejandro Sevilla.

Research Interests

  • Stability of surface-tension-driven flows
  • Interfacial phenomena

Teaching Activities

Since February 2017, Alejandro has been teaching assistant in various fluid mechanics related courses.
